By accessing or using solfi.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Sol-Fi provides validator analytics and data tools only.

2. Nature of Service: Non-Custodial Analytics Only

Sol-Fi is a non-custodial data aggregator and analytics portal for the Solana network. We do not custody, hold, transmit, or control user funds, digital assets, or private keys. All interactions with the Solana blockchain occur directly between you and the Solana network through your own wallet. We do not operate validator pools or staking contracts on your behalf.

3. No Financial Advice or Guarantees

All data provided on Sol-Fi, including APY estimates, validator scores, uptime metrics, and node rankings, is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Sol-Fi does not guarantee any returns, APY rates, or validator performance. Cryptocurrency and blockchain data are volatile and involve risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ to use Sol-Fi. To use account features, you may provide an email and username. We do not require KYC, ID documents, or private key access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
• Use the platform for fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal purpose.
• Provide false information when contacting support.

6. Third-Party Services & Wallets

Sol-Fi may integrate with third-party wallet providers and RPC nodes. We are not responsible for the security, availability, or accuracy of any third-party service. You use external wallets at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sol-Fi Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: network outages, validator slashing, blockchain errors, market volatility, data inaccuracies, or losses from third-party wallets or dApps.

8. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Sol-Fi is an independent analytics tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, or Solana Ltd. "Solana" is a trademark of the Solana Foundation.

9. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms the platform or other users.
